No joining fee, no enrollment charge, no equipment fee. The monthly price you see is exactly what you pay. There are no contracts longer than month-to-month unless you specifically choose an annual plan for the discounted rate.
Absolutely. Month-to-month members can cancel with 30 days written notice and won't be charged after that period. Annual plan members can cancel too, though the remaining balance of the annual term is non-refundable.
Yes. Members can freeze their membership for up to 60 days per calendar year at no charge. This is handled through your member portal or by speaking with our front desk team. We'll pause your billing and resume it when you're ready.
PT sessions included in your membership plan do not roll over month to month — we intentionally design it this way to keep your training consistent. However, any additional PT sessions purchased à la carte are valid for 3 months from purchase date.
Absolutely. While our facility attracts competitive athletes, the majority of our members are working professionals, beginners, and everyday people who simply want to improve. Every new member receives an onboarding session, and our coaches are specifically trained to work across all fitness levels with patience and precision.

Yes — the annual plan is identical in features to the monthly plan at the same tier. The only difference is the billing frequency (paid upfront or in 12 monthly installments at the discounted rate) and the approximately 20% savings versus month-to-month pricing.
